After some mucking about with the Moodle site I came to the conclusion that it wasn't going to work so I have created a podcast through another site. Go to the Moodle site for the link or through the Netvibes site.
I hope this will make things easier for you especially Matthew and Sophie!
Unfortunately it has limited storage (100mb) so I will have to drop off posts as we move forward.
